Occupational Therapist - Reablement Team Contract: Full time locum contract Umbrella rate: 36.54 p/h Hybrid working: Hybrid working - 50% face to face across Wiltshire Our local authority client in Wiltshire are recruiting a locum Occupational Therapist for their Reablement Team. Key responsibilities: Conduct strengths-based assessments and design tailored reablement plans that promote independence and reduce long-term care needs. Provide professional guidance and support to team members, sharing expertise on equipment, adaptations, and decision-making. Exercise autonomy in managing your own caseload and schedule, ensuring personalised, compassionate care for each individual. Collaborate closely with colleagues and other professionals to deliver coordinated and effective reablement services. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy. Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience. Holding a valid full UK driver's license is essential, as you'll be conducting visits to clients in their own homes or other settings, such as hospitals.
