Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities Employment and Skills Caseworker Responsible for supporting Mentors to help move their participants closer towards employment using a variety of techniques, including collaborative conversations, individual coaching and personal support, building on positive relationships and developing effective processes. Responsibility to work in a person centered way; adaptable to the needs of the participants and to work closely with them to address specific barriers, as identified by the mentors that are preventing them from gaining employment. Job Purpose Employment and Skills Caseworker The Working Denbighshire Employment Case Worker will provide a flexible, high quality service, working in partnership with other employability projects as part of an integrated Working Denbighshire approach. To work closely with the Employment & Skills Mentor to create momentum for participant change using collaborative communication skills to communicate both acceptance and empathy in order to provide the agreed support at the right time. Engage with participants in What Matters conversations and feedback relevant information to the mentor to ensure that all relevant support is accessed and available to the citizen. Organize and provide group sessions tailored to the needs of the participants who have signed up to Working Denbighshire supporting them to build their confidence and motivation whilst on their journey towards education, employment and training. Support individuals to address broad barriers to work by providing information, advice and guidance regarding the support available and by supporting participants to achieve their goals on their action plans as agreed with the mentor. Identify any risks to inform the completion of risk assessments and risk management plans ,as appropriate, in collaboration with members of the Employment & Skills Mentors and other members of the Working Denbighshire Team. The role: Reporting to the Sales Director, your primary role will be to develop and grow sales of the full product range in the UK & Ireland. The key responsibilities as our Sales Engineer: Proactive development of new prospects and leads to ensure the order pipeline is strong and maintained for all Meech products. Maximise penetration of existing repeat customers. Increase market coverage and grow the number of active customers each year. Collaborate closely with Business Development team to ensure there is an aligned approach for effective market coverage. Develop a regional plan for effective call planning for different customer tiers: multi-national key accounts, national accounts, and smaller transactional end users. Effective telephone, email and LinkedIn prospecting and proactive follow-up of new sales leads and marketing campaigns. Scheduling, planning and prioritising efficient and effective sales trips. Skills, knowledge and experience required by our Sales Engineer: Cover the UK and Ireland combined territory. Willingness to travel regularly as required (including frequent stays away from home), primarily within the UK and Ireland. A clean UK driving licence is required. Based at Meech's UK head office in Witney, Oxfordshire. Proven business-to-business technical sales ability and good commercial understanding, ideally within a related industry. Technical background and/or aptitude. Able to engage and adopt consultative as well as transaction selling styles. Skilled in a range of sales techniques to negotiate effectively with different decision makers within customers. Customer focused with excellent interpersonal skills to include professional credibility, networking, relationship building, negotiating and influencing.
