Lead architecture, design and development activities across complex embedded systems. Work with trusted frameworks and contribute to robust, production-ready system architecture. Drive delivery from prototype maturity through to production deployment. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with the System Design Authority. Collaborate with electronics and firmware engineering peers. Engage with the Head Engineer from another business unit to ensure alignment and integration. Essential Experience Strong experience with ARM-based processors. Proven experience working with STMicroelectronics devices. Background in complex systems architecture and trusted frameworks. Experience delivering embedded products from development through to production. Candidate Profile Senior-level, dynamic and driven individual capable of energising and leading a team. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Comfortable operating in a highly critical, high-impact environment. Experience within smaller businesses preferred. You will sit within a collaborative Talent function and act as a true partner to senior Product and Engineering leaders, driving hiring strategy while managing agency performance across the region.
