We work with the companies that are Britain's economic engine - ambitious and entrepreneurially-spirited businesses that fuel the economy - whether privately or publicly owned - and directly advise the owners and management teams that lead them. We'll broaden your horizons Working, achieving, and thriving together, our Tax team move with every challenge. Friendly, driven and diverse, they service our clients across the country and around the world. If you're after a career that will keep you on your toes, we'll give you the autonomy to drive your career forward. Our Tax Assurance & Risk Management ('TA&RM') team is a fast-growing collaborative team of around 15 people nationally led by three dedicated tax partners, who together support a wide variety of private, private equity-backed and listed clients across sectors. Our work has helped many clients meet their legislative tax governance compliance obligations (including in relation to the Senior Accounting Officer and Corporate Criminal Offences regimes, the tax strategy publication requirement and HMRC's Business Risk Review process) and strategically improve their tax operations and tax control framework, manage tax risk and provide assurance to tax authorities and business stakeholders. With a strong presentation style, and confidence in hosting workshops, training sessions and webinars, often to Board level, and with strong tax technical experience to be able to talk knowledgeably at a good level about a range of tax issues. With experience in end-to-end project delivery, who can lead projects with complexity to deliver quality advice. Who has a keen interest in helping clients develop tax governance and developing bespoke scopes of work to meet our clients' needs.
