What You'll Be Doing This is a full-time, 5-day-a-week role where variety is guaranteed in our busy multi-franchise workshop: Premium Workload: Primarily focus on new and used bikes from our Italian manufacturers, ensuring they meet the highest standards before delivery. Complete Service: Carry out all aspects of motorcycle repair and maintenance, including routine servicing, accessory fitting, accident repairs, and complex diagnostics. Preparation & Quality: Ensure the timely and meticulous preparation of new and used bikes for sale. MOT Testing: Conduct MOT tests on a wide range of motorcycles. Who You Are We need an independent and efficient self-starter ready to commit to excellence. You need to be able to work unsupervised and be the master of your own workflow. Essential Skills & Experience: Experience is Key: A minimum of 2-3 years of technical experience with modern motorcycles, ideally gained in a franchised workshop environment. Technical Proficiency: Fully qualified as a Specialist Motorcycle Technician . Safety & Efficiency: The ability to work unsupervised in a safe, timely, and highly efficient manner, consistently meeting exacting standards. Mindset: A strong "can-do" attitude , excellent attention to detail , and a proactive approach to problem-solving. MOT Qualification: Qualified MOT Tester is required.
