Responsibilities: -Produce and maintain concise and efficient project schedules using software tools, such as MS Project and Primavera P6. -Collaborate with other professionals to ensure schedules remain in alignment with availability and project needs. -Keep track of the project's progression and identity any potential delays or risks, whilst supplying solutions and preventatives. -Support the preparation of baseline and tender programmes. -Create and maintain project development reports, documentation, forecasts, and potential scenario analyses. -Ensure the project follows the requirements set out by the client and relevant regulatory boards. Requirements: -Extensive experience as a Planner, or a related role, within the Utilities sector. -Proficient understanding within the use of relevant software tools, such as MS Project and/or Primavera P6. -Solid grasp of project management systems and critical path procedures. -Strong ability to interpret complex data, reports, and documentation. -Excellent communicator, with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively. -Sound organisation skills, with a strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
