Key Responsibilities: Diagnosing faults, making repairs and replacing modules on ATM's Installation, maintenance, and repairs on equipment within an assigned territory to ensure continuity of customer operations and high levels of customer satisfaction Take responsibility and ownership of customer problems or incidents until the situation has been resolved to the customers satisfaction and in compliance with their agreed Service Level Agreement Candidate Requirements: Able to work on your own with minimal supervision and to be able to manage your time effectively and pro-actively Good level of mechanical / electrical aptitude Experience preferred with Windows operating systems Experience is preferred in break/fix, IT, computer/mechanical repair and basic computer hardware and software knowledge, however full training will be provided Enjoys taking things apart and putting them back together Have good problem-solving skills Can work well under pressure Full UK driving licence Shifts: There are shifts patterns which are very reasonable. 42.5 hours per week 5 days working, 2 days off, with a day off either side of the weekend if working over the weekend. Typical shift hours: 8am - 5pm, 9.30am - 6pm, 12pm - 9pm Benefits: This role comes with a company vehicle which can be used for personal use and a fuel card Tools/laptop/Android phone and all other required tools are provided Uniform and PPE are also provided Excellent company benefits which includes 30 days holiday per year (inc BH)
