Oversee integrations with third-party systems (eg, payroll providers, benefits platforms, ERP systems), ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability. User Support & Training Provide Tier 2/3 support for Workday and UKG related issues. Train HR, managers, and employees on time tracking, scheduling, and self-service tools. Develop and maintain user guides and training materials. Integration & Reporting Support and monitor integrations between Workday, UKG, and other enterprise systems. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards related to time, attendance, and workforce analytics. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve integration issues. Preferred Skills: Workday certifications (eg, Workday Pro). Experience with UKG Familiarity with Workday Studio, EIBs, and integration tools. Knowledge of SQL or other data analysis tools. Understanding of payroll processes and time-to-pay integrations.
