customer engineer Onsite in Derby to support deployment clinic Lay out the deployment area - including computers, pens, paperwork, signs, etc. every morning and clean it up every evening Distribute computers to customers and ask for questions Ensure that we have a log of which computer went to which person (it may change, if a computer fails out before they leave) Be prepared to answer questions regarding hardware, software, data transfer, or the process for moving to the new computer Provide basic computer assistance as much as they are able for the transition. Track the days deployments Wrap up at end of day - make sure all equipment is locked up, all asset information is captured, all old equipment is accounted for, etc.

Proven experience of over 5 years, as a Salesforce Developer with hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce configuration. . Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, data model, and integration capabilities. . Experience working in Agile project environments with proficiency in Jira. . Excellent communication, collaboration, and client management skills. . Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. . A coaching mindset, with a passion for knowledge sharing and team development. Desirable Skills . Salesforce certifications (eg, Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, or Administrator). . Experience in an IT consulting or client-facing environment. . Knowledge of CI/CD tools, API integrations, or Salesforce DevOps practices. . Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
