customer engineer Onsite in Derby to support deployment clinic Lay out the deployment area - including computers, pens, paperwork, signs, etc. every morning and clean it up every evening Distribute computers to customers and ask for questions Ensure that we have a log of which computer went to which person (it may change, if a computer fails out before they leave) Be prepared to answer questions regarding hardware, software, data transfer, or the process for moving to the new computer Provide basic computer assistance as much as they are able for the transition. Track the days deployments Wrap up at end of day - make sure all equipment is locked up, all asset information is captured, all old equipment is accounted for, etc.

In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions that drive business transformation for our clients. As part of a collaborative, Agile environment, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce applications. Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions that meet client requirements and follow best practices. . Lead and contribute to Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives using tools such as Jira. . Manage client relationships with professionalism, clear communication, and a focus on value-driven outcomes. . Collaborate across disciplines - including consultants, analysts, and technical teams - to deliver high-quality, maintainable solutions. . Participate in code reviews, ensure adherence to development standards, and maintain a commitment to continuous improvement. Required Skills & Experience . Proven experience of over 5 years, as a Salesforce Developer with hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce configuration. . Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, data model, and integration capabilities. . Experience working in Agile project environments with proficiency in Jira. . Excellent communication, collaboration, and client management skills. . Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. . A coaching mindset, with a passion for knowledge sharing and team development. Desirable Skills . Salesforce certifications (eg, Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, or Administrator). . Experience in an IT consulting or client-facing environment. . Knowledge of CI/CD tools, API integrations, or Salesforce DevOps practices. . Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

My client is a IT consultancy specialising in all things IT support, this role is within the Pharmaceuticals industry Based full time onsite in Slough £18.87ph inside ir35 via umbrella 3 months + What You'll Do Working as part of a dynamic team you will be providing 1st and 2nd line on-site user support. This includes analyse incidents, problems & service requests, propose solutions and help implementing them. You will also be responsible for any escalation and follow up. Some of the daily activities are: End users support Windows 10 and Microsoft O365 troubleshooting. Resolution of software and hardware issues (laptop, desktop, printers) Installation and configuration of laptops Software issues for inhouse applications Handling of tickets in the IT ticketing tool Quick analysis and incident management, close collaboration with expert team Preparing new hardware Building laptops and PC's with SCCM Basic meeting support knowledge (Teams and AV Support) Physical installation of cabling, monitors, dockings, PC's, printers, .
