As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will: Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and advertising Speak with candidates to understand their skills and experience Register new candidates and guide them through the recruitment process Carry out compliance and right-to-work checks Create and manage job adverts Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment databases Chase outstanding documentation and keep records up to date Support onboarding and candidate aftercare Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team What we're looking for A confident and friendly personality Excellent communication skills Strong organisational skills and good attention to detail A positive attitude with a willingness to learn Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer systems Someone who enjoys working with people and providing great service No previous recruitment experience is required.
