The job of the Lettings and Tenancy Manager is: To manage the delivery of customer focussed, ethical lettings and tenancy management services to be proud of for the benefit of young people and young families. To manage fair access to quality housing that meets the needs of young people and young families. To contribute to the reduction of homelessness in North East Lincolnshire through the development and fair application of housing-related policy framework. The goal of the service is to provide a proactive, aspirational, and sensitive tenancy and lettings management service that is responsive to needs of young people. Services will be delivered in tandem with our other property and support services, to customers across North East Lincolnshire.

Responsibilities Develop in-house CRM desktop & web applications. Design, develop, test and release new front and back-end systems. Diagnose reported issues concerning our existing CRM. Diagnose and resolve second line support tickets. Troubleshoot remote and on-site issues through diagnostic techniques. Work closely with First Line Support and Second Line Software Engineers Assist QA and be part of IT systems and Data Governance Essential Skills & Knowledge Required Our core systems are developed in-house using VB6 and .Net languages. We also develop and maintain web platforms. As well as developing new systems with the assistance of new technologies you will need to continue the development and improvement of our legacy systems. To maintain and develop our long-standing in-house products the ideal candidate will have some knowledge or the eagerness to expand their knowledge to the following languages: C# .NET or VB .NET A qualification or equivalent experience with programming languages A passion for IT & Programming Strong Time Management and Organisational Skills A Solution Orientated Mindset Desirable Skills & Knowledge Required Visual Basic 6 (Training will be provided if not already familiar with the product) ASP HTML Javascript T-SQL/MS SQL

We are seeking a highly skilled Control Systems Engineer working within a small team of multi disciplined engineers. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining control systems for a range of industrial applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability, efficiency, and performance. This is a full-time position, based in our Grimsby offices with occasional travel. Design, program, and commission control systems, including PLCs, SCADA, and HMI systems. Programming Siemens plc Develop and implement automation solutions for manufacturing and process control environments. Troubleshoot and optimize existing control systems to improve efficiency and reliability. Conduct system testing, validation, and performance analysis. Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers on project development. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices. Provide technical support, training, and documentation for system users. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, Automation, or a related field. Functional safety qualification advantageous. Proven experience in control systems design, programming, and implementation. Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and SCADA systems. Strong knowledge of industrial networking protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, EtherCat, CAN, Profibus, etc). Experience with motion control, robotics is advantageous. Ability to understand electrical schematics, P&IDs, and technical drawings. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Our client is involved with the design and implementation of renewable energy generation (PV Solar, Wind Turbines and other forms of low carbon generation), battery storage systems, EV Charging, Energy and Carbon Trading. This is a new UK company but is composed of an experienced, specialist team working in the global renewable energy industries. To work as development engineer in the field of engineering software to support IOT, control systems, controller hardware build and test. You will be involved in the development of hardware and software to support the monitoring and control of renewable energy generation, battery storage and EV Charging. This will involve R&D activities as well as provided engineering technical supports on projects during design, commissioning and operation. This will involve global travel. Experience can be around robotics, control, electrical engineering, software development. A priority is a passion for technology and some knowledge of software development, ie python coding as a hobby. Ideally we are looking for someone with up to two years experience after their education - but we are open to the right person. Salary 28k to 35k.
