HMP Brixton is male with a capacity for around 800 inmates. We are recruiting for a Governance Administration Lead to lead a team of 4 Administrators. You will be responsible for tasks such as managing complaints, payroll, reporting and general admin duties. Hours Monday - Friday 0900 - 1700 Salary This position is full time, you'll receive an annual salary up to £40,167 per annum FTE - depending on experience. How will we support you? What you'll be doing As a Governance Administration Manager, your responsibilities will vary. You will Be responsible for working as part of the healthcare team to ensure provision of administrative, clerical and secretarial services for the Practice Plus Group healthcare delivery on site. Leading the Administration Team in all managerial functions, including HR, training, competency and efficiency. Ensuring effective management of clinics and rota template, monitoring DNAs/cancellations and duplicate/in- effective use of clinics; all referrals are managed efficiently and all date is available and up to date at all times. You'll also be responsible for supporting the Head of Healthcare in the preparation, distribution and recording of complaints. Supporting the performance lead in the collection of statistics and data; coordinate the monthly data and produce reports when required. Local Quality Assurance Meeting and any others required and support the clinical team in the governance of information that is required for Practice Plus Group on an ongoing basis. Practice Plus Group is a leading provider of urgent care services across the UK, committed to delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care to patients when they need it most - outside of regular GP hours. In OOH we assess and treat patients who require urgent unscheduled intervention suitable for treatment by general practice clinicians when the GP surgeries are closed. Our referrals come from either 111, via a dedicated health care professional line used by paramedics and district nursing teams or from the AED or MIU. What you'll be doing Deliver comprehensive clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients presenting with urgent healthcare needs. Conduct consultations from the clinical base, providing face-to-face care in a fully equipped environment. Undertake home visits to patients requiring assessment or treatment in their own residence, offering a personalized and compassionate approach. Manage telephone triage, providing expert clinical advice, risk assessment, and directing patients to appropriate care pathways. Work autonomously while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless, patient-centred care. What we'll look for in you Registered Nurse with MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent Experience within Out of Hours, Primary Care GP Surgery, or Urgent Treatment Centre Holder of V300 / Non-Medical Prescribing qualification and minimum 6 months experience post qualification. Ability to autonomously see and treat patients of all ages Confident clinical decision-maker with strong assessment skills. Excellent communicator with a patient-centred approach.
