Join a fast-moving, collaborative team supporting diverse environments across the UK and Germany. You'll be the go-to person for escalated issues, delivering outstanding technical support to both English- and German-speaking users. From Microsoft 365 troubleshooting to onboarding new users and devices, you'll help keep systems running smoothly - and make sure clients feel supported every step of the way. What You'll Be Doing Own and resolve 2nd-line tickets escalated from 1st line within agreed SLAs. Provide clear, empathetic support in German and English across phone, remote, and email channels. Attend client calls/meetings in German; capture actions and next steps in both languages. Support onboarding projects (account provisioning, device prep, Microsoft 365 tenant configuration). Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Microsoft 365, Windows client/server, networking fundamentals, and common business apps. Collaborate with Cloud/Infrastructure teams to ensure secure, compliant service delivery.
