As an Interviewer/Assessor, you will support and guide applicants through the assessment process in a professional, friendly and unbiased environment. The role includes delivering both physical and cognitive (psychometric) assessment activities under strict test conditions, as well as applying a detailed marking framework to ensure candidates are graded fairly and consistently. You will work 37.5 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern across 7 days, which includes occasional overnight chaperone duties and on-call responsibilities.
