The Quality Assurance Coordinator will work with the leadership team to support project objectives, processes, policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: Support the Quality Manager in maintaining and administering the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring it remains current and accurately documented Change management and control Assist with scheduling, organising, and tracking internal audits, and help ensure corrective actions are logged and followed up. Coordinate the control, review, and version management of quality documents. Support the Performance, Compliance, and Quality coordinator in the quality assurance of team members. Assist with the monitoring and documenting of corrective action reports and customer complaints,tracking actions to closure Support Service Delivery with reporting and process improvement as required. Take minutes and track actions for Quality Review meetings Provide general administrative support to the Quality Manager on QMS-related projects and initiatives Liaise with departments across the business to promote adherence to quality procedures and standards Perform other duties commensurate with the post as required. Key Skills and Attributes (Essential): Experience of ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems Internal audit experience Ability to think creatively to solve problems and implement continuous improvement Ability to work independently and collaboratively Effectively manages workload by prioritising tasks and making efficient use of available tools and systems. Strong attention to detail and ability to analyse data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Able to communicate effectively with a range of colleagues and stakeholders. The Assist Team Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of operational advice service contracts managed by Auriga and is responsible for effectively managing individual and team performance. Responsibilities: Management : You will line manage a team of direct reports, including setting clear objectives aligned to corporate strategy, conducting performance reviews, dealing with HR issues, providing support, coaching and technical supervision.Identify training needs and provide opportunities for team members to develop their skills and knowledge Performance monitoring : Drive your teams individual and overall performance through monitoring, training, coaching and where needed the implementation of performance improvement plans. Resource Planning: Optimising resources in the Assist team, to ensure high quality, efficient and a cost-effective service. Effectively forecast the required FTE to achieve contractual requirements and assign tasks and monitor to ensure completed in a timely manner. Culture: Create a positive and engaging work environment that motivates team members to perform at their best Contract Management: Contract delivery and onboarding of advice service contracts held by Assist, ensuring SLA's and KPI's are achieved.
