Reporting to the Quality and Safety Manager , you will be responsible for providing business-wide support in quality assurance and health & safety , while also supporting environmental and security matters when required. This role involves engaging with customers, establishing and maintaining QA systems, conducting inspections, and supporting the design and assembly process. On the health and safety side, you'll be working on risk assessments, incident investigations, safe systems of work, and the development of policies and procedures. We are looking for a Field Debt Resolution Officer to be part of a rapidly growing team. You'll play a key role in preventing business customers getting further into debt whilst helping them become debt free as quickly but sustainably as possible through delivering face-to-face on-site solutions with professionalism and empathy. This is a non-technical role focused solely on resolving debt by visiting customers at their business, perfect for someone with field experience looking to make a genuine difference. Assertive rapport building with customers is more important than debt collection experience. This role involves visiting commercial customers solo on 'friendly' visits to understand the customers reason for being in arrears and also leading a small team of engineers and locksmiths on commercial Warrant of Entry visits. This role is field based, predominantly covering South London (below the Thames) but could also cover over to Bristol and Southwest areas. So someone based South of the Thames that doesn't mind travelling when required would be ideal.
