You'll enjoy working with multiple stakeholders and have a proven track record of making successful commercial decisions which have delivered growth in your previous roles. Product experience is less important; the ability to lead and motivate your team is more so. Being able to demonstrate trading your business based on your customer understanding, along with evidence of sales growth made with decisions based on product and range, are of equal importance. In return the role is paying a basic salary of up to £50,000 plus the potential to earn an additional £10,000 in bonus. You will also enjoy working one weekend in two.
