About You We're looking for someone who combines strong technical finance skills with the ability to build positive relationships across an organisation. You'll ideally have: Qualified or part-qualified accountant status (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA). Experience in a Finance Manager or similar role. Previous experience managing or mentoring a small team. Strong management accounting, budgeting and forecasting experience. Excellent Excel and financial systems knowledge. The confidence to explain financial information clearly to non-finance colleagues. A proactive approach with a passion for improving processes and supporting organisational success.
