Overview We are currently partnering with a leading Holiday Park operator to recruit an experienced and commercially driven Regional Sales Team Lead to oversee Holiday Home Sales operations across the Northern region. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an ambitious sales professional with a strong background in holiday homes, residential park homes, automotive, property, or high-value sales environments. The successful candidate will lead, mentor, and develop multiple on-site Sales Managers while driving overall sales performance, customer experience, and commercial growth across the region. Key Responsibilities Lead and support Holiday Home Sales Managers across multiple holiday park locations within the Northern patch. Drive regional sales performance against revenue, margin, and conversion targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise holiday home ownership sales. Monitor KPI performance, reporting regularly to senior leadership. Coach, mentor, and develop sales teams to improve performance and consistency. Conduct regular park visits to ensure operational standards and sales processes are maintained. Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of Sales Managers and sales executives. Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the ownership journey. Collaborate with operational teams, marketing, and senior stakeholders to optimise sales opportunities. Identify market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for business growth.
