OverviewWe are currently partnering with a leading Holiday Park operator to recruit an experienced and commercially driven Regional Sales Team Lead to oversee Holiday Home Sales operations across the Northern region.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for an ambitious sales professional with a strong background in holiday homes, residential park homes, automotive, property, or high-value sales environments. The successful candidate will lead, mentor, and develop multiple on-site Sales Managers while driving overall sales performance, customer experience, and commercial growth across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support Holiday Home Sales Managers across multiple holiday park locations within the Northern patch.
- Drive regional sales performance against revenue, margin, and conversion targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise holiday home ownership sales.
- Monitor KPI performance, reporting regularly to senior leadership.
- Coach, mentor, and develop sales teams to improve performance and consistency.
- Conduct regular park visits to ensure operational standards and sales processes are maintained.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of Sales Managers and sales executives.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the ownership journey.
- Collaborate with operational teams, marketing, and senior stakeholders to optimise sales opportunities.
- Identify market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for business growth.
