Working 10:00am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday , you'll join an experienced and supportive finance team, playing an important role in the day-to-day cashiering function. This is a varied position where you'll process a wide range of legal finance transactions, including counsel fee notes, expert invoices, client disbursements, direct debits and office and client account transactions. You'll also assist with electronic payments, carry out sanctions checks, support compliance with the Solicitors Accounts Rules and work closely with fee earners to ensure transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. We're looking to speak with candidates who have at least 12 months' legal cashiering or legal finance experience gained within a law firm. You'll have excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and a good understanding of the Solicitors Accounts Rules. Experience with Aderant Expert, Barclays Internet Banking (BIB) or Dotnet would be advantageous, although not essential. What makes this opportunity truly stand out is the flexibility on offer.
