QHSE Manager (Highways Technology) Southern England (Home-based) £60,000 to £70,000 per year (+ Car / Car Allowance) Plus excellent company benefits package The Opportunity: Our client is on the lookout for a Health and Safety Manager to lead in the development and delivery of strategic plans and objectives across their framework for health, safety, environmental and quality management. Ideally, we are looking for an individual with experience working into roadside environments or experience dealing directly with National Highways, but other relevant backgrounds implementing policy into challenging environments will be considered. Skills and Experience: Able to maintain and continuously improve Quality Management Systems (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 requirements. Proven ability to develop, write, and implement SHEQ policies effectively. Skills in auditing and personnel management an in managing health and safety metrics. Excellent communication, engagement and leadership abilities. Strong knowledge of relevant ISO standards (45001, 14001, 9001, 27001). Relevant QHSE related qualifications (IOSH, NEBOSH, CQP, CQI, IRCA, etc.). Role and Responsibilities: Ensure that all activities conducted are consistent with Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures. Develop, write, and implement SHEQ policies to ensure compliance with legislation, industry standards, and client requirements. Ensure that SHEQ Management systems are in place and oversee updates and improvements to the systems. Provide expert SHEQ guidance to project teams, subcontractors and stakeholders. Ensure that complete records are maintained for health, safety and environmental audits and inspections; and to ensure health surveillance records, accident reports and statistics are compiled, processed and recorded as required. Project Manager (Data & Systems Integration) Hybrid-working (West London + WFH) 360 per day 12-month contract (Inside IR35 / via Umbrella) The Opportunity: We are working with a highly regarded organisation seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the integration and optimisation of critical business systems and data platforms. This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of data, systems and operational delivery, where you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity and usability of data across the organisation. You will take ownership of data integration and migration initiatives, working closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors and leadership teams to deliver a unified tracking platform that enables consistent reporting, forecasting and informed decision-making. Contracts Administrator Location: Southampton, Hampshire Length: 6 Months Daily Rate: 250 per day (Inside IR35) Full time or part-time options available - 3 or 5 days per week The Opportunity: We are currently looking for a Contracts Administrator to work in a fast paced systems engineering, product-based environment for a leading client operating in the transport technology sector. You will play a key role in identifying and checking compliance of key clauses in company contracts, as well as sitting in on client calls and meetings to detect potential contractual issues. The ideal candidate will have had previous exposure to engineering environments and contracts, as well as supplementary administration and support skills. Skills and Experience: Strong understanding of contract administration and compliance processes. Excellent communication skills with the confidence to raise issues and provide clarity on contractual matters. Highly organised with an eye for detail and strong documentation/reporting skills. Previous experience with EWs, auditing, or contract management frameworks (e.g., NEC contracts) would be a real advantage. Key Responsibilities Review contracts in detail, identifying key clauses and ensuring compliance. Attend client and internal meetings to monitor discussions and highlight potential contractual risks or issues. Produce clear and accurate reports, including Early Warnings (EWs) and other contract-related documentation. Support in contract audits, tracking compliance and preparing action plans where required.
