Internal Sales Executive Office based Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5pm £35,000 Basic Salary + Bonus Immediate Start Proactive telesales role focused on generating new business and converting opportunities into revenue. You'll engage prospects through cold calling, build targeted databases, and run email campaigns to promote services. You'll produce tailored quotations, manage your pipeline end-to-end, and follow up to close deals. Alongside this, you'll develop existing client relationships, driving renewals and identifying upsell opportunities. Key Goals Consistently achieving or exceeding daily call targets and sales KPIs. Converting leads into revenue-generating clients. Growing existing accounts through renewals and upselling. Building a strong, sustainable sales pipeline Key Responsibilities: Make 25+ outbound sales calls per day to prospective clients, generating new business opportunities. Identify decision-makers, present services confidently, and convert leads into sales. Manage and develop a pipeline of prospects using CRM systems and email campaigns. Organised with good attention to detail and basic administrative capability. Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook 365).
