We're recruiting for a Course Coordinator to join a highly respected organisation on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of an engaging academic programme, As the central point of coordination, the Course Coordinator will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the programme, managing a wide variety of administrative, financial and operational activities. You'll work closely with programme leaders, stakeholders and participants, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, communications are clear, and everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. Ideally, we are looking for someone with previous Higher Education (HE) administration experience, particularly experience supporting postgraduate students and academic processes. Applicants will need to be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a "can do" attitude. The work environment is busy and fast paced, so you will need to show strong organisational capabilities and the ability to prioritise your workload to meet deadlines. This is a temporary role to start End Aug/Beg Sept for approx. 3 months. Working hours are 36.5 per week and you will be office based (West Cambridge). Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating the day-to-day administration of the programme, ensuring activities are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard. Organising meetings, committees and events from planning through to delivery, including venues, logistics, travel and accommodation. Managing programme communications through newsletters, websites and other digital channels, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged. Maintaining programme databases, documentation and reporting systems, ensuring information is accurate and up to date. Monitoring budgets, processing purchase orders, invoices and expense claims, and supporting financial reporting. Preparing agendas, taking minutes, tracking actions and providing comprehensive administrative support to programme leaders. Collecting, analysing and presenting programme data to support reporting and future development. Supporting the promotion of the programme through marketing materials, events and online content. Key Skills and Experience: Previous experience within an administrative, programme coordination or project support role. Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence liaising with a wide range of stakeholders. Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Experience of financial administration, event coordination or reporting would be advantageous. A degree, Level 6 qualification, or equivalent practical experience. Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and exceptional Support and Test Engineer to join their fast-growing, innovative company based in Cambridge. As a Support and Test Engineer, you will expand an already-established support team, dedicated to supporting customers using the company's software. You will be using your skills and knowledge to handle real world problems and perform common tasks as part of a support and test team. This is a junior / apprentice level position. There will be complete on the job training for any and all activities. The ideal candidate would be able to work in a flexible manner as part of a 24/7 support team including early mornings, late nights and weekends. The role will be remote (working from home), however you will be required to travel to their head office in Cambridge for an all-team meeting every 6-8 weeks.
