They are now seeking a confident fee earner to manage a varied caseload while being part of a supportive, down-to-earth team culture. What you'll be doing As a key Conveyancing Fee Earner , you will manage a busy and varied caseload of residential property matters, typically 25-30 new files per month , including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases New build transactions Transfers of equity Managing files from instruction through to completion Providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the process Building and maintaining strong client and referrer relationships Supervising support staff where required Ensuring compliance with internal procedures, billing, and time recording Contributing to the continued growth and development of the conveyancing department What we're looking for You'll be a great fit if you have: 3+ years' PQE as a Conveyancing Fee Earner, Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive Strong experience handling a full residential conveyancing caseload A proactive, positive approach and the confidence to work independently Excellent communication and client-care skills Strong IT skills and a willingness to support business development Ambition to progress within a growing team Why this role stands out This firm offers a genuinely supportive and modern working environment with excellent benefits: Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5.00pm or 9.00am-5.30pm with one-hour lunch break Flexible hours available (such as 10am-3pm) Hybrid working (such as 3 days in the office, 2 days from home) Free on-site car parking 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays Death in Service Friendly team culture with regular team lunches, summer events, and Christmas celebrations Dog-friendly office for emergency doggy day-care needs Cycle to work scheme Eye Care Pension Reduced costs for legal services Professional memberships, training, and development Discounted legal services Competitive salary based on experience Clear progression opportunities This is an incredible opportunity not to be missed - apply now!
