Overview This role will work on Swarovski, a global luxury brand synonymous with elegance, innovation, and precision craftsmanship. Established in 1895 by Daniel Swarovski in Austria, the company has built a legacy as a leader in crystal jewellery, accessories, and home décor. The brand operates in over 170 countries and serves a diverse customer base through its retail stores, online platforms, and partnerships in fashion, design, and entertainment. Swarovski has been a client at Zenith Global since 2023 with Zenith Global acting as a performance digital marketing hub liaising with Swarovski's central performance team based out of Zurich. You will have direct contact with the client and aid the account manager and associate director on Programmatic planning and strategy and providing input in the construction of client decs and status documentation. This role provides unique opportunity to own and plan dynamic Performance campaigns across Display and Video mediums across multiple platforms. You will play a pivotal role in developing strategies, liaising with programmatic partner and platform contacts whilst delivering measurable outcomes. This position combines strategic planning with hands-on campaign management to ensure clients achieve their goals. Responsibilities Aid the account manager and associate director on managing the day-to-day relationship with key stakeholders including the direct client and client services team. Support in managing expectations for all aspects of the campaign lifecycle with the client and client services team. Analyse campaign performance, identify optimisations and providing insights into performance. Identify, create and present case studies showing good work innovative solutions from your account with the wider team. Proactively Involve yourself in wider team projects and initiatives such as cookieless, channel diversification, measurement and/or automation working groups.
