Pay: Paid Weekly via PAYE (No Umbrella Fees)
Assignments: Day-to-Day, Short-Term, and Long-Term
Are you a passionate and dedicated Secondary School Teacher looking for flexible work in Doncaster?
We re building a brand-new pool of qualified teachers to support a well-regarded partner secondary school in the DN5 area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced teachers and early career teachers (ECTs) to gain experience across various subjects and year groups in a supportive and welcoming school environment.
The Role:
We are recruiting teachers for varied assignments, including: Daily cover for sickness and training Short-term placements Long-term roles (maternity, extended leave, etc.)
As part of our supply pool, you ll be able to choose assignments that suit your availability and interests, with the option of full-time or part-time work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school s policies
- Mark and assess student's work when required
- Support students of varying abilities to achieve their potential
- Communicate effectively with staff, pupils, and parents when necessary
- Contribute to a positive and productive learning environment
Requirements:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
- Experience teaching in UK secondary schools (placement experience acceptable for ECTs)
- Strong classroom management skills
- Adaptability and a positive attitude
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
- Right to work in the UK
