We are recruiting ahead of a significant expansion that will see the school move from Scissett to Deighton an exciting time to be joining us.
As an Inclusion Support Worker at this school in Huddersfield, you will offer more than classroom support. You will play a crucial role in supporting students with SEMH needs by making connections, developing relationships and helping our pupils navigate the path to a better future. You will provide tailored support to students on a 1:1 or small group basis, working alongside teachers and other staff to create an inclusive and nurturing environment. Other duties will include:

SALARY/ HOURS
Starting salary for a ISW Inclusion Support Worker (Grade 7) is 22,604 actual annual salary (FTE = 29,540) working 32.5 hours per week Mon-Fri term time only + 5 inset days + amazing benefits working for our Wellspring trust
Working hours are 8.50am - 3.30pm (accept Tues & Thurs till 4.30pm for CPD and Friday 3.10pm)
