Compile hand-over packs so project teams hit the ground running.
Analyse win/loss data to sharpen future bids.
Degree or HND in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architectural Technology, Construction Mgmt or similar
Confident interpreting drawings; solid knowledge of construction process & standards.
Curiosity about how buildings go together and a head for numbers.
Confident communicator keen to build client relationships.
