We are looking for an experienced Head of Operations to lead a high-performing engineering manufacturing business. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned leader to oversee operations, drive efficiency, and support business growth.
What you ll be doing as the Head of Operations:
Leading all aspects of site operations, including production, quality, supply chain, and workforce management.
Driving operational excellence, lean initiatives, and continuous improvement.
Managing budgets, performance metrics, and alignment with organisational objectives.
Supporting the development and motivation of direct and indirect reports.
Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Who we re looking for in the appointed Head of Operations:
Candidates with experience in engineering or electromechanical manufacturing.
Experience working for businesses with a turnover of 20M.
Proven track record in plant/site management, leading sizeable teams and operations.
Steady career progression with strong leadership and operational experience.
Package: Up to £100,000 per year plus bonus, benefits, relocation package, and signing-on bonus.
