Gecko Travel Recruitment are delighted to be working with this Specialist Tour Operator who are looking for a Travel Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. No previous travel industry experience is necessary, however a passion for travel is advantageous.
 As Travel Administrator you will provide administrative support to the Customer Experience team, ensuring a smooth and timely customer journey. It also plays a key part in maintaining accurate customer information while building a strong foundation for future development within the business.
 You will have:
  - A passion for giving outstanding customer care
  - Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  - The ability to communicate in a friendly and confident manner, primarily in writing but also over the phone
  - High attention to detail
  - The ability to work well in a team
  - Previous travel industry experience (advantageous but not essential)
