Production Manager - Metal Finishing

You'll be managing 10-15 skilled metal finishing and assembly technicians in a precision, low volume manufacturing cell of an aerospace engineering company

Whilst a knowledge of metal finishing, anodising, plating and painting will be useful, it's your team management skills in an engineering environment are far more important

Experience in managing performance, disciplinary procedures, training gap analysis, coaching, mentoring and people skills will need to be demonstrated

In return, your KPI's will deliver improvements in quality, safety, production levels and continuous improvement
