We are seeking an experienced Registered Care Home Manager to lead our medium-sized nursing home in Dover. With a Good CQC rating, the home is well established, and we are looking for a dedicated leader to maintain high standards while driving further improvements.

The Role

• Provide clear, professional leadership to the care and nursing team.

• Ensure compliance with CQC standards and all regulatory requirements.

• Promote a culture of dignity, respect, and person-centred care.

• Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively.

• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.

About You

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a nursing home setting.

• NMC pin is preferred but not essential.

• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and elderly care best practice.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
