What You'll Be DoingAs a Clinical Lead RNLD or RMN at HMP Northumberland, you will lead and coordinate nursing care for residents with complex mental health needs. You will:

• Oversee care delivery and clinical governance within the prison healthcare team.
• Conduct assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide leadership and supervision to other nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with prison policies, safeguarding, and clinical standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Registered Nurse Learning Disabilities (RNLD) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
• Experience working in prison or secure environments.
• Full prison clearance essential.
• Strong leadership, communication, and risk management skills.

Working Hours & Contract Duration

• Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 18:00
• Ongoing assignment
