Buyer - West Yorkshire - £38,000 + Benefits   We are currently recruiting for a Buyer to join a leading engineering and manufacturing organisation. Offering a competitive salary of up to £38,000 plus benefits, this is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in a dynamic and innovative team.

With a strong pipeline of projects and a commitment to continuous improvement, they are now looking to strengthen their procurement team.   
Key Responsibilities:    - Manage supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective procurement and high-quality materials. 
- Conduct negotiations with suppliers to secure favourable terms and pricing. 
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials to support production schedules. 
- Monitor stock levels and manage inventory to minimize waste and optimize efficiency. 
- Maintain accurate procurement records and adhere to company policies and procedures. 
Essential Requirements: - 2 years' experience in procurement, ideally within an engineering or manufacturing environment. 
- Strong negotiation and communication skills. 
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office. 
- A proactive and organised approach to work with strong attention to detail.
