Financial Controller
Permanent, Full Time
North London (hybrid working)
We're seeking a qualified Financial Controller to join a growing, innovative organisation in the UK energy sector. You'll lead financial reporting, control, and operational finance across multiple entities while driving improvements in systems, governance, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee monthly accounting and reporting cycles.
- Deliver high-quality management information and cash flow forecasts.
- Manage AP/AR, treasury, audits, and tax processes.
- Support acquisitions and new entity setup.
- Lead and develop a small finance team.
- Drive process improvements and system implementations.
About You:
- ACA (or equivalent) qualified with 3+ years' commercial experience.
- Strong technical accounting and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to deliver under pressure.
- Energy background would be valuable but isn't essential.
Salary: 75,000 - 100,000 (depending on experience)
