Business Analyst - Finance

Business/Finance Systems Analyst - Permanent - London/Hybrid

Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to join its Finance Change team, supporting the delivery and optimisation of core financial systems including Pega and other key platforms. Working closely with finance stakeholders and IT, you'll play a vital role in bridging business needs with technical solutions.

You'll be a great fit if:

• You're an experienced Business Systems Analyst with strong finance domain knowledge
• You understand financial reporting, accounting principles, and core finance processes
• You're confident in gathering requirements, writing user stories, and supporting small to medium system change initiatives
• You're familiar with ERP, payment systems, consolidation/reporting tools, or workflow solutions
• You've worked with tools like Pega, Anaplan project planning, WorldPay, Bottomline, XlPro, Tagetik orsimilar
• You're confident engaging stakeholders across Finance and IT in an agile environment
• Insurance or financial services experience is a strong plus
