CNC Operator- Double Days

Job Title: CNC Operator

The Role

You ll be responsible for operating CNC machinery within our Machine Shop, producing precision components to exacting standards. This role plays a vital part in ensuring product quality, efficiency, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate one or more CNC machines.
• Carry out daily machine checks and keep accurate records.
• Report non-conformances and minimise scrap.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace.
• Support apprentices and new team members.
• Work with the Production Team Leader to meet delivery targets.

What We re Looking For

• Engineering qualification/apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
• CNC machine competence, with basic programming knowledge.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and follow instructions.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

What s on Offer

• Pay: £26,832 + £7,785 shift allowance (37.5 hrs/week). Up to £34,617 package
• Shifts: Double Days 6am 2pm / 2pm 10pm.
• Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays.
