A fantastic opportunity has come in within a fantastic organisation based in Guildford. Our client is seeking an Advisor to join their team in a busy, varied role. You will be dealing with a high-end service within the automotive sector.

Duties within the role will Include:

  • Coordinating customer collections and vehicle deliveries
  • Scheduling the collection of newly purchased vehicles
  • Assigning daily tasks to drivers and managing their schedules
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Providing high-level support to the aftersales department
  • Managing and confirming site bookings

Skills and experience required:

  • Previous customer/client facing experience within the automotive industry
  • Fantastic attention to detail
  • Team management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Full clean Driving License
