Head of Financial Advice Academy

We are pleased to be working with a national and rapidly expanding wealth management and employee benefits organisation.

Owing to this growth our client are seeking a Head of Academy to lead and manage Lead and manage their advisory academy. This would include recruitment, development and training of their financial advisors and paraplanning function.

Experience:

• Candidates need demonstrable experience within a managerial or leadership role within a Financial Services, Wealth Management or a private client organisation.
• Ideally be qualified to Level 4 Diploma, although this is not essential.
• Strong stakeholder management experience - particularly a collaborative, partnering approach
• Experience of recruiting, training, and developing financial advisers and paraplanners.

In return our client is looking to offer a competitive basic salary and package. The role also offers full flexibility in terms of remote working, although regular travel will be required within this national role.
