£445 £500 per week

Are you passionate about making a real difference in children s lives? We re looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Autism, SEMH needs and learning difficulties, working alongside a supportive classroom teacher.

This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You ll be helping children both 1:1 and in small groups, encouraging them to learn, grow and thrive in the classroom.

As part of your role, you ll also provide personal care to pupils when needed such as supporting with toileting, feeding and daily routines ensuring every child feels safe, cared for and ready to achieve their very best.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of SEN Teaching Assistant you will be:

  • Friendly and nurturing in your approach

  • Patient and caring in nature

  • Well organised and flexible

Minimum experience/qualifications required:

  • Experience working with children, either in or out of an education setting

  • A passion and willingness to work in education
