Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support PE lessons and sports activities across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Deliver engaging coaching sessions that promote teamwork, fitness, and skill development
• Assist in organising extracurricular sports clubs, fixtures, and events
• Encourage participation and positive behaviour during physical activities
• Work closely with teaching staff to support student progress and wellbeing
• Promote a healthy and active lifestyle within the school community

Ideal Candidate

• Experience coaching or working with young people in a sports or education setting
• Confident leading group activities and managing behaviour positively
• Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to different sports and age groups
• Familiar with the Chippenham area and local transport routes
• Committed to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
