What You'll Be Doing
Assisting Senior Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Managers across live projects
Supporting with project cost control, valuations, and reporting
Preparing and issuing subcontract enquiries, orders, and payments
Helping with tendering, budgets, and cash flow forecasts
Working with site teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Developing your technical and commercial skills with hands-on mentorship
What We're Looking For
A degree in Quantity Surveying is essential.
Experience gained within a main contractor, developer, or consultancy (placements considered)
Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisation abilities
A proactive approach and eagerness to develop your career
