With heavy investment in ERP, CRM, and automation, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Manager to combine traditional accounting with cutting-edge data analytics - helping shape the future of the business.
In this broad and exciting role, you'll work closely with senior leaders, taking ownership of the month-end process while turning data into actionable insight. No two days will be the same - one day you'll be producing management accounts, the next you'll be building PowerBI dashboards or helping streamline a process to boost profitability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Taking ownership of month-end journals, reconciliations, and core finance processes
- Producing accurate management accounts and insightful reporting packs
- Building dashboards in PowerBI and ERP systems to highlight key trends
- Partnering with department managers to improve margins and data quality
- Leading process improvements and automation projects across finance
- Analysing 25+ years of historical data to uncover opportunities for growth
- Supporting ERP and technology transformation initiatives
About you:
We're looking for a digitally minded finance professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for turning numbers into insight. You'll thrive in a lean, fast-paced environment, be naturally curious, and enjoy finding smarter, more efficient ways of doing things.
What's on offer:
- Salary from 45,000- 55,000 depending on experience
- Profit-sharing scheme and private medical (including dental & optical) after probation
