Are you a confident, motivated negotiator with a passion for property and people?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy, well-established estate agency team in the heart of Epsom, where you'll play a key role in helping buyers and sellers navigate one of life's biggest decisions.
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment - someone who knows how to build relationships, close deals, and represent the brand with professionalism and energy.
What you'll be doing:
- Registering and qualifying new buyers.
- Conducting viewings and following up promptly.
- Negotiating sales and managing offers.
- Progressing deals through to exchange and completion.
- Building strong relationships with clients, applicants, and colleagues.
- Supporting the wider team in delivering outstanding service.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in residential sales or a similar customer-facing role.
- A genuine interest in property and helping people move.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident, organised, and proactive approach.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
