People Solutions are currently recruiting for Goods in Warehouse Operatives to join our well-established client based in Edinburgh.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering great rates of pay and room to grow and progress.

Shifts:

Monday - Friday:

7am - 5pm or 8am - 6pm

Rates of Pay:

£13.00 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties:

As a Goods in Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:

• Receiving deliveries into the warehouse
• Unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
• Checking goods against delivery notes and reporting discrepancies
• Booking stock into systems and labelling items correctly
• Organising stock in the Goods In area to maintain a safe and tidy workspace
• Supporting general warehouse tasks where required

Essential Skills:

The skills required as a Goods in Warehouse Operative are:

• Strong attention to detail
• Numerical accuracy for checking stock
• Reliable and punctual
• Good communication skills

Desirable Experience:

• Previous warehouse or Goods In experience is an advantage, but not essential as full training is provided

Training:

• Industry-related training and ongoing support throughout
