Job Title: Creative Producer (Events)
Contract: 06 months
Location: London, UK (Occasional visit to London office)

- As a Creative Producer at client, you'll drive projects through the creative process by working with writers, designers, marketers, and other cross-functional teams across the company to help drive marketing programs and campaigns. You'll work quickly and efficiently to lead creative production on new and ongoing campaigns, optimizing how the creative team works to maximize efficiency and quality. You'll partner with our internal creative and cross-functional teams and external agencies to execute a series of business marketing events globally.
What you'll do:
- Drive creative production from concept to completion with our internal team of writers, art directors, designers, marketing managers, contractors and external production agencies
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns executed in different mediums
- Advocate for the highest level of craft across all outputs
- Find opportunities to streamline the creative process to meet high production output
- Find, source and manage diverse production partners to support the work
- Build great relationships with creative and cross-functional teams
- Ensure a highly organized workflow that shows operational excellence at every stage of a project
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years as an Integrated Creative Producer, experience with events is a must; experience working on an in-house team is preferred
- Excellent organization and crystal clear communication skills
- You're comfortable working on multiple projects in parallel, prioritizing as projects and resources evolve
- You clear roadblocks for the team and translate complex problems into simple solutions
- You're willing to be an owner and help define a campaign with more questions than answers
- You thrive in an ambiguous environment, flexing to the needs of different projects, teams and systems
- You're a strategic thinker, developing realistic, long-/short- term solutions that ladder up to our goals

- The role sits in house of the creative team, which is part of marketing team design and consumer marketing and business marketing. There are 100 overall people in the team and around creative production.
- The role is required as we have had growing number of marketing business events and creating a smaller team to support EMEA events and companion team based in USA over one large body of work, 4-5 events to support in April/May 2026
- Partner with the creative team, marketing lead and agency partner for region and oversea creative deliverables and act as the liaison for those teams and functions. Integrated into the team across and constant interaction with producers.
- 5 years' experience in the industry. In-house experience is a plus, then just agency. Creative producer who has experience working on events, rather than brand campaigns. Google suite, Figma.
