Locum Sonographer - Gloucester (Full-Time, Long-Term)

- Contract Length: Minimum 4-6 months
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Rate: £50.00/hour (All-Inclusive) £42.50/hour PAYE Equivalent
Trident Healthcare is currently recruiting for a highly skilled Sonographer to join a busy NHS trust in Gloucester on a long-term locum contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive clinical environment with access to modern imaging systems and a structured induction process.
Requirements:- Minimum 6 months NHS experience
- CASE-accredited qualification in Ultrasound
- Competency in Obstetric, Gynaecological, DVT, Abdominal, and ideally Paediatric scans
- Familiarity with CRIS and PACS systems
- HCPC registration (or equivalent)
Induction Process:- Systems training and e-learning modules
- Shadowing/doubling up with experienced staff for the first 1-2 weeks
- Gradual caseload introduction
