Shift Manager

Lead, Inspire, Deliver

Wardle, Nantwich 34,009 (rising to 37,011 after 6 months)
Alternating shifts: 6am-2pm (Mon-Fri) / 2pm-10pm (Mon-Thu)

What You'll Do:
Lead, motivate, and develop your shift team to achieve high levels of performance and engagement
Ensure compliance with regulated manufacturing standards, food safety, and site procedures
Oversee production output, efficiency, and time management to meet targets and customer requirements
Drive efficiency, improvements, health & safety awareness, and maintain a safe and positive workplace for your team
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, sharing ideas and making an impact

What We're Looking For:
Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (food, pharma, medical devices, or similar)
Proven leadership ability-coaching and motivating teams to success
Strong organisational and time management skills
Solid understanding of workplace health & safety practices
Knowledge of BRC standards is a bonus, but not essential (full training provided)
