Reeson Education is currently recruiting for a MFLTeacher of French and/or Spanish to cover a maternity leave at a well-regarded secondary school in the Southampton area. In addition to this specific vacancy, we work with a number of other schools across Hampshire and the surrounding areas, offering a variety of MFL teacher roles for both short-term and long-term placements.

As a MFL Teacher of French and/or Spanish, you will:

• Deliver a broad, balanced and engaging MFL curriculum
• Teach students across KS3 and KS4 according to their educational needs
• Assess, record and report on student progress and attainment
• Contribute to departmental planning and curriculum development
• Support students' academic and personal growth as a Form Tutor
• Promote high standards of behaviour, punctuality and uniform
• Participate in school events, parents' evenings and liaison activities

This role is ideal for a passionate MFL teacher who is committed to helping students achieve their full potential in French and/or Spanish. Whether you're an experienced teacher or an ECT, we'd love to hear from you.

• Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
• Be confident teaching French and/or Spanish across KS3 and KS4
• Have strong classroom management and communication skills
• Be committed to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
• Be enthusiastic about contributing to a positive school ethos
